• Pat Mullen, owner of TESTYOU, has over 30 years of over the road driving experience as owner/operator driving log trucks, pneumatics, and fuel tankers delivering to the gold miners in the Yukon of Alaska. Pat also has a trucking company that he still owns and operates.

• Richard Choquette, contract trainer for TESTYOU, has 10 years experience as a trainer, with a 4 million safe driving miles award as a commercial driver. He comes with experience in Hazardous Materials, Tanker, and Tour Bus.

• Jim Nielsen, contract trainer for TESTYOU, has 10 years training experience, 22 years of driving, 18 of which were Hazardous Material and Tanker. Jim has 2 million miles accident free.

• Ernie Hammontree, contract trainer for TESTYOU, has 15 years experience as a trainer, as well as 35 years commercial drivers' experience.

• Diane Koenig, Office Manager, will answer any program or enrollment questions you might have.

• Our revised classroom course consists of 2 days of videos and sample tests. This course covers General Knowledge, Air Brakes, Combination Vehicles, Doubles/Triples, Tankers, and Hazardous Materials. While in the classroom, you will also experience our driving simulator, which mimics adverse driving conditions, such as snow and ice, potential accidents, mountain passes, and other driving situations that can occur in an 18 wheeler.

• Our training is all done 1-on-1. You have the trainer's undivided attention which eliminates the chance of any student falling through the cracks by missing any vital training. Besides, who wants to sit in a sleeper with 4 other students, waiting your turn to drive, when it's your money, time, and experience on the line? 1-on-1 training allows the trainer to establish your strong points from your weak points.

This allows him to concentrate on the things you need more help with, which makes for a well rounded driver who understands every aspect of the training when you're finished. Your training is done on a 9 speed truck with a 45 Ft. trailer. You will test with a state certified 3rd party C.D.L. tester, here at our school, who will sign a form that you return to the Dept. of Licensing and receive your endorsement for your class A. C.D.L. with Combination Vehicles, Air Brakes, Double/Triples, Tankers, and Hazardous Materials endorsements. Our trainers can work around your existing schedule. We work on a rotating schedule so there is no wait to begin your training. We provide you with a list of companies who traditionally hire our students so that you can then set up interviews. Many of our students have a job waiting at the end of their training. This means you could be on the road, working for an established company within 1 week.
